Challenge

They had a contractor lined up to service a brand new location for their grand opening. The contractor never showed and stopped communicating with them.  ED was contacted the day before the grand opening and asked if we could perform the work by getting the lawn mowed (the grass was 18” tall) and the landscaping in pristine condition.

Solution

With only 15 hours notice, ED was able to rearrange multiple crews routes without disrupting their services to our regular customers.  We were able to arrive at the site and get the needed services completed just in time for the grand opening.  The property looked fantastic by the time we finished and we were able to do it all without disrupting other work that was being done to prepare for the grand opening.  We were then issued a multi-year contract for servicing the site.
