Your Regional Service Advisor will review with you, your Free Risk Assessment for a better understanding of what's at stake for your property. They'll also discuss your concerns so we can put together a customized package to address your property needs.
You'll typically receive a proposal within four days after our initial meeting—though we can provide it sooner if required. We'll outline the classification of our services and where your needs fall, and discuss available services for the next season. When you sign the contract we’ll get you onboarded.
You'll meet your dedicated account manager, who will be your one point of contact throughout your premium partnership with us. We’ll confirm service details for your property ahead of the upcoming season.
Once we have the plan in hand, we work to ensure you don't have to think about it again. We’ll automatically dispatch services when required, and you’ll have access to our 24/7 Snow Hotline for emergencies and special requests. Rely on consistent updates from your dedicated account manager and an operational support team with a full staff to meet all your needs.
